Our belief in the deep implementation of quality, researched-based initiatives differentiates ProActiveED from other organizations and is our formula for successful interaction with school districts across the United States.
ProActiveED is a client-focused and results-driven professional development training company, providing academic support services since 2006. During this time, our work with schools and students on the mainland and in Hawaii increased state test scores, student attendance, and graduation rates.
Our subject matter experts use research-based, sustainable practices to improve student achievement and school transformation. These proven methods are the basis of all of our services and designed to help every district and school succeed.
We offer a complete range of services, delivered via seminars, workshops, and onsite observations and coaching sessions to assess and respond to the overall picture as well as the many initiatives occurring in our classrooms and schools in districts today.
Our Mission
To eradicate the sentence “I’m not a math person” from the mind of every child; to create students that can self-monitor and verbalize their strengths, weaknesses, and next steps; and to get schools out of survival mode by developing systems that will help them be more proactive. It is a long but essential journey.

Our consultants are proven and have great expertise in the art of delivering school turnaround services. They have a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience to address unique (and not so unique) challenges and to successfully implement a plan for improvement. Many of our consultants are administrators, principals, and educators who understand school operations and school personnel and how to affect meaningful change in these environments.
